Parliament TV - Culture, Media and Sport Committee
Live Hearing on Funding of the Arts and Heritage |
On Tuesday 12 October 2010 at 10.45am (ie right now!) in Committee Room 8, Palace of Westminster, the
Culture, Media and Sport Committee will take evidence on the funding of the arts and heritage in
its first oral evidence session on the funding of the arts and heritage
Evidence is being taken from:
- Arts Council England, Arts and Business, the National Campaign for the Arts;
- Representatives from local government.
It's a pretty lamentable performance by Alan Davey, the representative of Arts Council to date!
You can view the evidence in one of three ways:
- Watch from the beginning
- Watch live
- Observe the session which is also open to the public on a first come, first served basis.
There is no system for the prior reservation of seats in Committee Rooms. It is advisable to allow about 20 minutes to pass through security checks. Timings and room numbers allocated to Committees are subject to change.
